Refund & Batch Transfer Policy – Skills of Titans
Thank you for purchasing our course, enrolling in our workshop (offline or online), and/or subscribing to our services operated by Skills of Titans.
No Cancellation or Refund Policy Once purchased, our courses, workshops, and/or services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Batch Change or Candidate Substitution You may, however, choose to:
Join a different batch (for both online and offline courses or workshops), or
Nominate another candidate to attend the course or workshop in your place.
Certificate Issuance
A completion certificate will be issued only once and in the name of the candidate who:
Attends the complete course or workshop, and
Successfully passes the required examination or completes the assigned project (whichever applies). Support & Requests For any additional questions or to request a batch change or candidate transfer, please contact us via the support emails listed in the FAQ section of your respective course or workshop.
All such requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course or workshop. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Absentee Policy If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop:
They will be marked as absent. No access extensions will be provided beyond the defined module or lesson validity. The candidate will also not be eligible for any refund. Discretionary Clause All decisions regarding batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are solely at the discretion of Skills of Titans.
